A brilliant surgeon with state-of-the art knowledge and technique. Dr Paul Bours salvaged and corrected an unsatisfactory and deteriorating bunion procedure to my right foot by an orthopaedic surgeon five years previously, freed up the immobilized big toe joint, and repaired and restored the severely damaged second, third, and fourth metatarsals. Seven weeks post-op, with minimal post-operative pain and swelling rapidly diminishing, my foot has been transformed from barely functional to 95% fully operational. It's looking great, too!
